General Event Information

Bronx Day in Albany is a full-day economic development forum that brings together Bronx-based businesses, nonprofits, state leaders, State agencies, and stakeholders to showcase the Bronx as a driver of New York State’s economy and to strengthen connections between the Bronx and statewide business leaders to promote growth and secure opportunities.


 

The event is hosted by the Bronx Chamber of Commerce, with programming support from partners across government, business, and the nonprofit sector.

Registration & Attendance

You can register your business or as an individual. All registrations are handled directly through the event website. Visit www.BronxDayinAlbany.com and select the appropriate registration option.

General admission is free with registration. Free programming begins at 2:00 PM and includes State Agency workshops and the evening Business & Cultural Showcase. The Leadership Luncheon is a paid ticketed event. There is a fee for organizations to exhibit at the evening Business & Cultural Showcase. Pricing details are available on the registration page.
 


 

While general admission is free, advance registration is required to gain entry. Workshops begin at 2:00 PM, and the Business & Cultural Showcase begins at 5:30 PM. You can register here. On-site registration is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.

General registration provides access to agency workshops, resource tables, and the evening Business & Cultural Showcase.

Leadership Luncheon

The Leadership Luncheon is a ticketed midday program featuring a moderated discussion with senior leaders, policymakers, and industry experts on key economic and policy issues impacting the Bronx.

Yes. Multiple New York State agencies and authorities will participate to discuss procurement, certifications, funding opportunities, and economic development programs.

Yes. Members of the Bronx State legislative delegation and other state legislators and elected officials from across the state are invited to participate throughout the day.

Businesses and organizations are welcome to become sponsors. Sponsorship levels range from Bronx Heritage ($2,500) to Borough Champion ($50,000).

Business Showcase & Trade Show Exhibitors

Exhibitors host tables during the Business & Cultural Showcase to highlight their organization, services, and impact in the Bronx.

Exhibitor space at Bronx Day in Albany is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To be considered officially registered and approved, all exhibitors must:

  • Complete the exhibitor application through the event website
  • Submit all required documentation as outlined in the application
  • Submit full payment for exhibitor participation

Exhibitor applications will not be reviewed, approved, or confirmed until all required materials and payment have been received in full.

To avoid the risk of space becoming unavailable, exhibitors are strongly encouraged to complete all requirements promptly. Submission of an application alone does not guarantee exhibitor space. Once all requirements are met, exhibitors will receive a confirmation email with additional logistical details.
 

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available to exhibitors. This is a public, open, unsecured Wi-Fi connection.  Exhibitors requiring a secured Wi-Fi connection should contact us for additional information. 


 

Electricity can be provided upon request. The cost for dedicated 20amp electrical service is $80 per drop. The deadline for ordering dedicated electrical drops is February 18th. When completing the Exhibitor Application, you will be asked to specify any electrical needs.

No. Generators are not permitted on the premises due to safety regulations.
 

Standard Exhibitor packages include a 6-foot skirted table with a white vinyl top and two chairs. Premier Exhibitor packages include additional tables and chairs (see packages). If you have branded linens, you may use them.

Yes. If you register as an Artist and Artisan Exhibitor, you are authorized to sell your products (pre-packaged edible food and beverage items that can be consumed on site are prohibited). Clothing and merchandise may be sold. Products and pricing must be listed in your Exhibitor application.  Exhibitors are responsible for their own point-of-sale equipment.

Food and beverage exhibitors may not sell immediately consumable products on site; only samples offered in the approved sample size are permitted.
 

Restaurants, as well as food and beverage manufacturers and distributors, are invited to participate at no cost if offering sample tastings. Participating food and beverage entities will also receive additional exposure as a Bronx Heritage Sponsor, including advertising and logo placement, and one guest ticket to the Leadership Luncheon.
A refundable $350 deposit is required to reserve your Exhibitor space. The deposit will be returned within 60 days after the event. 

Food and beverage exhibitors must obtain a Temporary Food Service Permit from the Albany County Department of Health (see application details).
 

Yes, all approved exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor’s Welcome Packet via email.  This packet provides information and guidelines to help you prepare for your participation, including travel, parking, load-in/out, insurance requirements, and more.
When Exhibitors arrive at The Albany Capital Center on the day of the event, all Exhibitors will receive a ‘Day-Of Exhibitor Event Packet’ which will include additional information including Booth Number & location, box lunch vouchers, day-of run of show, load out details, etc.
 

Sponsorships

Sponsorship provides high-level visibility with State leaders, elected officials, and Bronx stakeholders while demonstrating commitment to economic development in the Bronx.

Benefits vary by sponsorship level and are detailed on the event website. Sponsorship benefits may include:

Yes. Non-members may sponsor the event. Certain sponsorship levels may include an annual Chamber membership.

Sponsorship payments are due by February 15 to confirm participation and secure sponsorship benefits. Sponsorships are not considered confirmed until payment is received.
If additional time is needed to complete payment, please contact info@bronxdayinalbany.com prior to February 15 to make arrangements with our team. Sponsorships that are not paid or do not have approved payment arrangements by the deadline may be declined.

VIP Sponsor Capitol Visit

Sponsors are invited to participate in a guided visit to the New York State Senate and Assembly chambers, hosted by members of the Bronx legislative delegation.
 

VIP visits are available to sponsors at qualifying levels and are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

Tax & Payment Information

Yes. Payments are made to the Bronx Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
 

A portion of your sponsorship may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. The deductible amount is reduced by the fair market value of goods or services received (such as luncheon tickets or exhibitor space).

All payments for Leadership Luncheon, Exhibitor Space, and Sponsorships must be received by February 15, 2026, or they will be canceled. 

Leadership Luncheon tickets and exhibitor space must be paid by credit card at the time of registration. These items are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through the website.

Sponsorships may be paid by invoice via wire transfer, ACH, check or can also be paid by credit card, depending on organizational needs. If paying by invoice, payment must be received by the sponsorship deadline to confirm participation.

All payments, regardless of payment method, are due by February 15.
Registrations or sponsorships that are not paid or do not have approved payment arrangements by this date may be subject to cancellation or release of space.
 

Yes. All sponsors and exhibitors receive an invoice and acknowledgment for their records.

A W-9 for the Bronx Chamber of Commerce Foundation is available upon request.

Logistics & Accessibility

Business or business-casual attire is recommended.

Yes. The Albany Capital Center is fully ADA-compliant.

Hotel recommendations and room blocks (if available) will be listed on the website closer to the event date.
